At YINSH there are rings and stones (see picture left).
Each player has five rings that are alternately placed at the beginning. Whenever a player has five stones in a row, he must take his own ring from the field. The player who could first remove three rings wins the game. So you have to try to form three times in the game a five row of stones of your own color.
At the beginning, players alternately set their five rings on any position of the field. Starter is always the player on position 1 with the white toys. In the further course of the game, these rings will always move along the lines on the field.
Your own train starts by placing a stone. To do this, you click into the middle of your own ring and set the stone. Then this ring (by drag and drop) must be moved along a line to a free field according to the following rules:
All stones have two sides: one white and one black. In one train all the stones crossed by a ring are turned. It doesn't matter which side of the stone was above.
In principle, stones can only be rotated - they will never be moved.
If a player finds it through skillful insertion of the stones and moving the rings to form five stones in a row that are all up with his color, he takes the five stones from the field and removes his own ring.
If several five-row rows (e.g. one-six) occur in one train, the player selects the five stones he wants to take from the field by clicking on the first and last stones.
It is also possible to form in one train several rows which are independent of one another. Then the player may make several points. It is also possible for the opponent to score points on their own when forming a row.
The game ends when
If the third five rows of both players are created simultaneously in one train, then the player who has executed the train will win, as he may first remove his ring.
