Each player places cubes on his sheet on fields with the same number of eyes and marks them at the end of the round with a cross. Thus, more and more crosses are collected in the run of the game. Some crosses allow special actions or bring special points to play. Who has the most points in the end wins!
This is just a brief summary of the rules and a guide to operation.
The complete rule of Schmidt games (PDF) can be found here.Players choose a cube and place it on a valid field. The active player characterized by a star selects a green marked field on his field and thereby places a matching cube from the rack.
If one has not placed a cube on its field, one chooses a field adjacent to an already existing "X". If one has already placed at least one cube, all other cubes must be placed adjacent to it. (If there were no longer any free places, it may be placed on existing crosses)
All possible fields are displayed in a regular manner. (Fields that would be possible for which, however, no matching cube exists in the lining are marked only slightly.)
If you have not allowed a cube on the train in the delivery of a valid train (only brightly marked fields), you have to pass and therefore leave the running round. Or you can use the option of a new cube.
If you select the new cubes, all cubes of the lining are reciprocated and you can immediately place a now valid cube if this is possible. However, if it is still not possible to place a cube by the new cube, it is now necessary to remove a cube already placed on the field of play.
In this way, the rounds are played until all players have matched one. This last remaining player then still has a train in which he can place a cube. It can also fit, of course, or, if no cube fits, re-scramble.
To score points in the game, it is important to meet different conditions in the respective fields:
For columns and rows marked with a point, there are the corresponding points if you succeed in crossing all fields in them.
Each crossed gemstone brings points according to its type: Purple (x1), Yellow (x2), Red (x3)
For puzzle pieces you get 5 points. However, only if you have crossed all parts of a color on the field.
Those who first cross the flag will receive 10 points, the second player will receive 6 points. The third 3 and the fourth only receive a point for the flag. So quickly to the flag.
When you cross a bomb, every player who hasn't crossed this bomb on his field will get -2 points. In addition, this field can no longer be entered.
If you have to put a cross on a chop, you get -3 points for it. Better not get in.
A rocket field will allow you to cross a planet afterwards.
Fields with a lock are closed and cannot be occupied with a cube. To open a castle must first
The game ends, depending on the number of players after 6, 4 or 3 rounds. Then the different points are added to determine the overall result. Of course, the player wins with most points. With a balance, the player wins with fewer crosses on his field.
